Accounts with no activity (no deposits, withdrawals, or bets) for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 55tt may reach out to the account holder to confirm their interest in keeping the account active. Real-money balances never expire, but bonus balances have an expiry date as indicated in each promotion's terms.

A confirmed bet cannot be canceled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet. 55tt reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of obvious technical error, odds published with a clear mistake, or an event canceled before it begins.
Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the final result, securing a partial return. Cash Out is available on selected bets and can be used on both pre-match and live bets. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds.
55tt continuously monitors for suspicious betting patterns. Any activity indicating match-fixing, use of automated software (bots), systematic abusive arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account betting may result in bet voiding, cancellation of winnings, and account closure.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the user's net losses over the previous 7 days and credited every Monday. Cashback balances have no rollover requirement — they can be withdrawn directly via Pix after the credit is applied.
